At Premium Hay Supply, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable delivery experience for our customers across Arizona. We understand that timely and careful handling of your hay is crucial for the health and well-being of your animals. Our Delivery Zone

We proudly offer delivery services throughout the state of Arizona. Our delivery fees and minimum order requirements are based on your location and distance from our main supply center in

20600 W. Beloat Rd. Buckeye, AZ 85326, Arizona.

Delivery Options & Fees

We offer several delivery options to accommodate orders of all sizes. Our goal is to provide a cost-effective and convenient solution for all of our customers.

Local Delivery (Within a 50-mile radius of 20600 W. Beloat Rd. Buckeye, AZ 85326)

  • Small Orders (10-30 bales): A flat delivery fee of $50 will be applied.
  • Medium Orders (31-64 bales): A flat delivery fee of $75 will be applied.
  • Large Orders (65+ bales): Enjoy complimentary delivery on us!

Statewide Delivery (Beyond a 50-mile radius)

For deliveries outside of our local zone, the fee will be calculated based on the mileage and the total weight of the order. Please contact us directly for a custom delivery quote. We are committed to providing competitive rates for our statewide customers.

Delivery Services

  • Standard Curbside Delivery: Our standard delivery service includes bringing your hay to your property and placing it in an accessible location for our delivery vehicle.
  • Stacking Services: For your convenience, we offer a stacking service for an additional fee. Our team will unload and neatly stack your hay in your designated storage area. Please ensure the path to your storage area is clear and accessible for our equipment. Stacking fees are as follows:
    • 10-50 bales: $25
    • 51-100 bales: $45
    • 101+ bales: Please contact us for a quote.

Scheduling Your Delivery

Once your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your delivery details and schedule a convenient delivery window. We typically require a 2-3 day lead time for all deliveries. If you have an urgent request, please call us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Important Delivery Information

  • Accessibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible for our trucks and equipment. Please inform us of any potential obstacles such as narrow gates, unpaved roads, or low-hanging branches. If we are unable to access your property, a redelivery fee may apply.
  • Receiving Your Order: An adult must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. This ensures that your order is delivered to your satisfaction and in the correct location.
  • Order Confirmation & Accuracy: We take great care to ensure the accuracy of every order. Please verify your order confirmation for the correct hay type and quantity. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us immediately.

Pick-Up Orders

For customers who prefer to pick up their hay, our supply center in [Your City/Town] is open during regular business hours. Please call ahead to place your order so we can have it ready for you upon your arrival.
